Who I Am
From a young age, I felt a strong connection to people and a desire to help individuals live a healthier and more meaningful life. I fell in love with the human body and its capabilities, as well as philosophy and how we structure our thoughts and mind. These fascinations led me to pursue studying Exercise Science and a career in personal training and development.
I started my career at Equinox on Wall Street, a luxury gym known for its phenomenal coaches and world-class education system. I became one of the location’s top-producing trainers, delivering educational and enjoyable sessions that helped individuals shift their relationship with hard work and discomfort in the gym—transforming it into excitement for growth and self-discovery. It became my personal dojo—a place to sharpen my craft while working with a diverse population of clients. I quickly realized this wasn’t just a job—it was a calling. Helping people move better, live with less pain, and build sustainable, fulfilling lives through fitness became my life’s mission.
