I have known Ryan for nearly 10 years and worked with him as my trainer for about 3 years before leaving the City. I currently still work with ryan just now through online coaching. Ryan taught me how to weight train and develop lean muscles. I had never really utilized gym equipment (other than cardio machines) prior to training with him and he set me up with the knowledge to be able to continue my training even when I wasn't with him. He listened to my goals and tailored everything to me specifically. I can't thank him enough for everything.

My biggest takeaway from working with Ryan is that he is simply the best trainer I’ve ever worked with and I’ve worked with many. I was a member of Equinox in New York for over 15 years. I have worked with six different personal trainers at different Equinox locations, over the years. Several of them were very good but none of them were as knowledgeable, informative, helpful, and thorough as Ryan is. He places his clients’ health above everything else and he works hard to carefully tailor a workout program specific to each client.

I am a lucky person to have Ryan as my trainer and friend. I have been working out with him for the past 11 years and find he’s the best trainer I have ever had. Ryan has an incredible knowledge of the human body, its movements, balance, and capabilities. He is a master of fixing issues. From looking at basic habits, things like bad posture and finding daily motivation, he is able to zoom in on each issue and fix them in a way that is both unique and exciting. Ryan is able to optimize each exercise so you don’t waste time and have the maximum benefits. On a personal level I love his attitude toward life in general: He is curious, adventurous, interested in you as a person, and optimistic. His positively is contagious, and at the end of each session you leave feeling in a better mood than then when you started.
